YOUR RULES
Build your own registration form, set eligibility and capacity, attach waivers, add discount codes. No field is mandatory unless you say so.
MONEY
The card processor handles the cards, you see the money: gross, fees, refunds and what every discount code cost you. Card details never touch the club.
Net is gross minus refunds. The processing fees are not part of it: your registrants paid that to the card processor on top of the price, so it never reached the club and a refund does not bring it back.
